For me, love is not separate from spirituality.
Love is spirituality. It is the intelligence that shapes our relationships, our choices, and the way we live our lives.
I live in Sacred Union with Theodor, my soulmate (the one I practice love with). We devoted our relationship to learning about love, not in theory, but in real life. For nearly twelve years, our relationship has been our shared spiritual practice. A place where patterns surface, truth is required, and love is trained — again and again.
Living love this way has taught me that love is not sustained by intention alone. It asks for presence, responsibility, and the willingness to stay with yourself and with another, even when it’s uncomfortable. Especially then.
Love is not passive. It is something you participate in.
Teaching love is my calling. Everything I share comes from lived experience — from walking this path myself and guiding others to use their relationships as a spiritual classroom, a place where the soul matures and love becomes embodied.
