Order Confirmation

Once your purchase has been completed and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing details of the service, training, event, retreat, or program you have booked.

If you notice any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@trainingforlove.com.

Prices

All prices are stated in EUR (€) and include VAT (25%) where applicable for private consumers within the EU.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or incorrect information caused by technical or administrative mistakes.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Distance Selling Regulations)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date the agreement was entered into, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing at info@trainingforlove.com, including:

• your full name

• address

• email address

• order number

• the service or product you wish to withdraw from

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• services, events, retreats, programs, or trainings that have been fully delivered

• digital content (such as online courses) where access is granted immediately and you have expressly consented to the service starting right away and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is waived
   

For digital courses with immediate access, the service is considered commenced upon purchase.

Cancellations

Trainings, Events, Retreats & Programs

• Cancellations must be made no later than 8 days before the start date.

• If cancelled 8 days or more before the start date, the full amount will be refunded minus an administrative fee of €100.

• If cancelled 7 days or less before the start date, no refund will be issued unless a valid medical certificate is provided.

Private Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
   

Cancelled by the Organizer

If Kingen & Kingan AB cancels a training, event, retreat, or program, the full amount paid will be refunded, including any administrative or booking fees.

Access to Online Courses

Access to paid online courses is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Kingen & Kingan AB is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to labor disputes, governmental decisions, fire, war, or other unforeseen events.
 

Participation in trainings, events, retreats, and services is at your own responsibility. Kingen & Kingan AB is not liable for personal decisions, life changes, accidents, loss, or damage occurring in connection with or as a result of participation.

Privacy, Personal Data & Cookies - Personal Data Processing

By purchasing from Kingen & Kingan AB, you agree to our processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect personal data necessary to:

• process and fulfill your order

• perform contractual obligations

• comply with legal requirements (e.g. accounting laws)

• send newsletters or marketing communications where you have given consent
   

Personal data may include name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

Payment Providers

When completing a purchase, relevant personal data is shared with our payment service providers:

• Klarna

• Stripe

• Apple Pay
   

This information is processed solely for the purpose of completing the payment, preventing fraud, and fulfilling our contractual obligations.

Newsletters

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address are shared with our email service provider Flodesk for communication and marketing purposes.

You have the right to:

• request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

• request correction of inaccurate data

• request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. The current version is always published on our website.
 

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may submit a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se. Consumers residing in another EU country may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
